Who is eligible for the Cold Weather Payment?

The Cold Weather Payment is also different to the Warm Home Discount. This is a government initiative designed to support lower-income households so that they can save money on energy bills in the colder winter months. If you qualify you will receive a one-off payment of £140 on your energy bill.
